The ambience of the Morgan House extends outdoors to its authentic Victorian gardens. Plants chosen for the restored gardens are historically correct for the late 19th century, including roses, hydrangeas, ferns, hollyhocks, bridal wreath, impatiens and asters.

The Morgan House gardens were designed by the Winnebago County Master Gardeners, and

are maintained by volunteer members of the Winnebago County Historical and Archaeological

Society.
